Golden Days LUB Update

At GSA I helped write and edit some of the LUB Updates that happened in 2025 for the Summer Village of Golden Days, and then I made this presentation detailing the changes that were made and why for their Council to review.

Two of my specific additions were around increasing the amount of plain language used over bylaw legalese that may be unnecessarily confusing to any residents, and to add a fillable map to the Development Permit forms, because it was a common issue for people to not know their legal lots and fill in the wrong information on their permits, adding extra time to the process, so the visual map would be easier to use.
